![]() ![]() ![]() When using any of the USB 3.0 ports, I get speeds of up to 100 MB/s.ĭoes anyone have idea why? I'm using the exact same cable (the only one I have, because of the weird connector on the external drive). When plugged into my mobo's only USB 3.1 Type-A port, I get super slow transfer speeds (less than 100 KB/s). I've had it since my MBP days, and even though my mobo (Asus Maximus IX Formula) has a USB Type-C port, I don't have a Thunderbolt adapter, so I'm resorting to its USB 3.0 cable. i am out of ideas.I'm in the process of backing up my files so I can perform a clean installation of Windows 10, and for that I'm using a 1TB Buffalo MiniStation portable hard drive ( like this one). I have re-installed the Chipsets, the usb drivers, installed all new Intel and Gforce updates, unchecked the usb power saving option in windows 10. ![]() I have installed the "USB tree Viewer" to check, and for each usb A 3.0 port it's written : -usb 1.0 supported, -usb 2.0 supported, -usb 3.0 not supported. I have a MSI (VR Ready) GP73 Leopard 8RE - Laptop. I have tried to put the link cable on the 2 others USB A 3.0 ports of my PC but it doesn't change anything. I also noticed that the Link connection is now detected as a 2.0 device connection in the Oculus app. The link cable has been working properly for months, and now all of the sudden, it doesn't. (the VR visual experience is fine, people can hear me properly but the audio of the game and the voices of other gamers are very laggy, choppy and distorted). Hello everybody, since a few days now, I am experiencing an issue with the audio of the headset, only when I'm connected with the link cable (3.0 USB-C to USB-A) to my PC. ![]()
